Our menu is small, and we want to keep it that way. It’s how we make sure that what we do is done well. We use only the best local ingredients.
Our tjips are made with locally sourced potatoes, hand cut at the shop with the skin on. We don’t use whiteners or other additives like msg or flavourants, only salt.
Afro’s sauces are made in small batches with local ingredients that contain only natural ingredients. There are no colourants, preservatives, emulsifiers or additives. This is why you’ll find slight variations in the colour of our sauces when the seasons change.
